Services Division
The service division is a key element of our business, it provides preventative planned maintenance to thousands of sites around the UK. Job sheets are completed on site using digital Bluetooth enabled camera pens which allow us to produce a PDF of job sheets and certificates within minutes of a service being completed, whilst automatically updating our status driven database. This allows clients to review the compliance of their sites on a near to real-time basis, and download certificates, job sheets and bespoke Management Reports from our web portal on demand.
Following your first service visit we produce a life cycle analysis for each of your sites; enabling you to forecast future capital expenditure, maintain the integrity of your systems, and to avoid the problems associated with aging and redundant equipment. Subsequently your Service Contract Manager will attend periodic reviews, provide recommendations for enhanced service delivery and help to resolve any outstanding issues. We offer standard and comprehensive service packages supported by a 24/7/365 out of hour’s service from our manned service station.

Projects Division
Planned System installations and refurbishments are assigned to our Projects Division, headed up by Projects Director Luke Finney and Project Manager Zoe Murphy. Luke is a 17th Edition trained electrical engineer with over 15 years Project Management experience, who joined Allied Protection six years ago to oversee our Site Managers and Site Supervisors. As a Gent system Integrator, we offer a complete systems package from design through to supply, installation and final commissioning. We also install and upgrade systems from a wide variety of leading manufacturers such as Morley, Apollo, Fulleon, HAES and Kentec; and we are ideally placed to provide unbiased recommendations on the products and system designs best suited to meet your needs.
We have firsthand experience of carrying out the responsibilities of Designer and Lead Contractor on CDM projects and can also provide real time information concerning the progress of individual installations, upgrades, and project milestones. This information can be made available in the format of your choice, via our interactive web portal, utilising traditional project management software such as Prince 2, or a state of the art Cloud based system, which allows you to contribute notes and amendments where desired.

Security Division
Our Security Division specialises in the provision and maintenance of Intruder Detection Alarms, CCTV, Car Park Barriers, Access Control Systems and Security Gates for corporate clients and high net worth individuals. In order to guarantee the high standards they expect we are members of the National Security Inspectorate and have been awarded their highest accreditation, NACOSS Gold: for the design installation and maintenance of electronic security systems in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The Division is overseen by Security Manager, Craig Stokes, who is an experienced security professional and a fully qualified engineer, with over 10 years project management experience.  
Our specialist administrators and engineers provide a dedicated 24/7/365 national service, with the resources and expertise required to maintain the integrity of your security systems, and to respond to system outages within four hours. The Key Performance Indicators built into our contracts provide a wide range of clear and accurate information by which to drive, monitor and review our progress, and bespoke Management Reports can be made available to download from our web portal at weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals. Gemini
Gemini Fire Systems is the Fire Suppression specialist division of Allied Protection, which allows us to offer the design, installation and maintenance of a wide variety of advanced smoke detection, gas and water mist fire suppression systems. Gemini specialises in protecting high value assets, such as operations rooms and servers, for blue chip clients throughout the Square Mile. They also conduct room integrity testing and water leak detection, as well as providing alarm systems for specialist areas, such as kitchens, where water leakage is prone to occur.
Gemini is not tied to a proprietary suppression or detection brand, and their highly qualified engineering specialists are ideally placed to provide unbiased recommendations and designs to meet your needs. They will also guarantee that system compliance exceeds all current Standards and Codes of Practice. Gemini provides service cover throughout the United Kingdom, and it is a measure of their cachet that their engineers have been called upon to travel as far afield as the Gulf of Mexico and Far East.

Solargen
Solargen is the solar energy division of Allied Protection, which installs and maintains photovoltaic power generation systems, designed to optimise energy and cost savings for both domestic and commercial properties. Since the introduction of the Government’s ‘Feed in Tariff’ 1st April 2010, property owners receive a payment for every unit of electricity generated by their solar panels, irrespective of how many they consume; and unused units are diverted onto the National Grid during periods of low energy consumption. PV systems provide typical returns of around 9% tax free per annum, a return which deposit accounts cannot match. At current energy prices you can expect to recoup your initial outlay within about 10 years, and given the likelihood that energy prices will continue to rise, this figure may well be revised downwards over the course of the decade.
